Otis Lyons, known as Vegas Don, is the Founder and Executive Director of Campaign4Change, with over two decades of leadership campaigning for change for families in under-resourced communities. He has developed more than twenty outreach initiatives, built partnerships across the state, and created culturally relevant youth empowerment programs.
A recipient of the 2008 NC NAACP Presidential Award, he is recognized by elected officials and community leaders as one of the most credible anti-gang, anti-drug voices in the nation. He is the author of "Campaign4Change Testimonials" and creator of the "Street Life Education" curriculum.
