OTIS LYONS - PRESIDENT/FOUNDER A native of Durham, North Carolina, Vegas personal life testimony is powerful & it’s real, He is an advocate for empowering “at-risk” youth and is extremely passionate about his work and community involvement.
RODERICK FRIZZELLE - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Received his B.S in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Admin. from NCCU, Rod is committed to bringing the C4C movement to communities. He’s primarily responsible for the day to day operations.
MELVIN HART - FINANCE & RESOURCE MANAGER With over 20 years in the broadcasting and entertainment industry, Mel has held executive positions in several states. He enjoys working with the youth and has dedicated his work experiences for the progress of C4C.
CARLTON AMEY - SOUND TECHNICIAN A single parent, that has struggled with making the positive transition but has become one of C4C’s biggest assets. He’s taken C4C’s mission and has applied it as his way of life.
LISA RICHMOND - SPECIAL EVENTS / VOLUNTEERISM A native of Durham, NC, a mother, foster parent, and active community member. Utilizing her personal struggles to assist youth to reach for positive change. Her passion is to just make a difference.
SAMAHRA FEEMSTER - WARDROBE DIRECTOR A graduate from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in African American History, Born in Rocky Mount, NC, she’s now married and is starting a family. However, she still takes the time out to help others.

Otis Lyons aka VEGAS DON - A native of Durham, entertainment has always been his first love. At age 15, Lyons then called himself “HollyBop” was opening up shows for artist like Doug E. Fresh, Slick Rick, & MC Shan etc. In 2001, he opened a business “PHATNUM ENTERTAINMENT” managing entertainer’s careers. He has met and dealt with some of the top A-list celebrities. A member of the “Lost Generation Task Force” and the “Men of Vision”, two organizations formed to help unprivileged youth. Lyons is an advocate for helping at-risk youth and he’s extremely passionate about his work and community involvement.
Carlton Holland aka HEADBANGA - A native of Durham, N.C, growing up in Fayetteville Street housing projects, as a child Holland vowed that the ghetto was not an option.In 1990, while serving his country in the Army, he joined the Amateur Boxing Team. Holland later went on to capture the CBA middleweight title and conquered the WBL super middleweight title. Today, Holland uses his personal accomplishments to be a positive role model for youth.
Tim Jackson aka Joe Crack - An author, poet, actor and spoken word artist. Tim is a strong believer in the spreading of joy, strength, faith, love and righteousness through his written and spoken words. Tim’s experiences as a black man born into and living the American experience, has more than prepared him externally and internally for his quest to overcome the negative with the positive power of spoken word. Tim has recently finished his first two literary works entitled, “One Man’s Quest for Soul Redemption” a book and a poetry play.
Marcus Cox aka T-Money - Dynamic song writing skills and notable performances has earned Cox praise from the critics. The son of Ida Cox of Rockingham, N.C., she credits his father for Marcus talents, his father was a member in a successful band in Buffalo, NY. Cox is a solo vocalist with a smooth R&B and Hip Hop flavor composed over urban beats, that can be appreciated by teenagers as well as adults.
Matthew Schnars aka Snow - Matt graduated from Slippery Rock University in Western Pennsylvania in 1996 with a B.S in Exercise Physiology. Matt is the Program Director with Haven House Services overseeing the street outreach, residential, educational and vocational components for the agency. Matt is a competitive amateur bodybuilder and a part-time personal trainer. His mission is to help youth transcend obstacles and overcome life circumstances.
Carlton Amey aka BIG "C" - Big “C” everyone calls him, was born September 27, 1968, in Newhaven Connecticut. While attending Durham public schools, Big “C” and C4C’s founder Otis Lyons became close friends. A drum line leader in High School, the Band was his sole passion. The beginning of 2006, his lifetime friend Lyons presented him an opportunity to be a part of “C4C”. Big “C” excelled into the challenge as sound tech. As of today, he has elevated into several additional duties including acting to make his own personal achievements for this exceptional cause.

Jakayla Hart - Jakayla Hart is the voice of the new generation. For nine months, she has been serving God through spokenword. Though her time on the poetic scene seems short, she has managed to touch the lives of many. She is a very unique thirteen year old who does not hesitate to express her views on issues suchs as teenage pregnancy, racism, domestic violence, and sexual abuse. After just four months as a spokenword artist, she was nominated for the NUSPA Spokenword Perfomance Youth Award. From then and on, she has encouraged herself to do bigger and better. This native of Durham, North Carolina has future ambitions of being a published international poet. She has performed at various churches, cafes, and now, she is ready to broaden her horizons with C4C.
